Matcha power balls

These are perfect little pick-me-up snack balls packed with healthy fats and proteins from coconut and almonds, as well as the antioxodants and energy  boost from matcha. 

 

Ingredients – makes 8 balls

 

1 cup   Shredded coconut, unsweetened

4tbsp   Ground almond

2tbsp   Maple syrup

1tbsp   Coconut oil

1tbsp   Almond butter

1tsp     Cinnamon       

1tsp     Almond Extract

1tbsp   Matcha green tea

 

Method

 

Blend everything together in a food processor. Shape into 1″ balls and enjoy!
