Healthy Homemade Raw Nutella
Raw Hazelnut and Cacao Spread - April '15

 

Ingredients – serves 6-8

150g  Hazelnuts
6 Medjool dates
1 tsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Raw cacao powder
Pinch of Pink Himalayan salt
5 tbsp Water

   

Method

Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and place in the oven on a low heat, around 140 for about 10 min. Remove nuts from oven place them into food processor and process with coconut oil until they start to form ‘nut butter’. Add the rest of the ingredients and enough water to create a paste/spread consistency. Serve with protein banana bread.
